This website uses standard data collection and traffic logging software, in order to improve the website, its exposure, and to monitor interest in Jawer. Ips, country of origin, type of browser, and pages visited are collected and used by our stats programs. The common platform we use is AWSTATS, available from Sourceforge.net.

2. Information NOT collected by this website

We do not solicit, nor collect, any private details of our users, including, but not limited to: name, email address, phone number, or contact details. If you have received a suspicious email requesting such information, please forward it to us immediately.

BE ADVISED that Jawer.org DOES NOT, and WILL NOT ever ask for such information, and any attempts to do so should be regarded as fraudulent or "phishing" requests.

3. Privacy of Members, Authors, Professionals

We do not release the contact details of our group members, authors, or other associated professionals. As stated in our "Media Inquiries" section, we can only confirm an author's email only if you send it to us first. Blanket requests for information ad nauseum will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to ban IPs that send excessive spam email, blog comment spam, or other nuisance informational requests.

It is up to the individual member of Jawer.org or Jawer professional to release his or her own contact information to you under the appropriate circumstances.
